That’s because most fat loss seekers whether men or women …young or old….would ” naturally ” go for Low Fat, Low Carb diets to help them achieve their fat loss goal…
Although these Low Fat, Low Carb diets do produce some Fat & Weight loss initially…..but these are just SHORT – TERM..
But if You are thinking of maintaining a slim & tone physique for good and long term…..then using Low Fat, Low Diet would end up making You gaining all the Fats back and more often…..pack on new pounds too !
The cruel truth is that Low Fat, Low Carb diets will end up making You Fat …..Or ” EVEN ” more FAT !
Perhaps it would be ” rather hard ” for You to believe about this truth now….
Perhaps You , Your friends…or even family members are currently on the ( Super ) Low Carb, Low Fat diets now – and some of them may even be happily recommending that to You !

Go to any supermarket near You….from ice-cream to beverages to cream….just about anything under the sun would have been ” modified ” for the Low Carb, Low Fat lifestyle ….
Moreover….even the media and hot advertisements are claiming that Low Carb, Low Fat diets is the ” best & only ” way to reduce body fat…and they are good for health too….
Hmmm…

Reduce Body Fat By Avoiding Low Fat Low Carb Diets
All this ” impact ” may sounds good and make You run out and buy the latest Low-Carb….Low Fat diet book / programs and throw all of Your bread and pasta in the bin immediately in the effort to reduce body fat..
And this literally marks the start of the vicious cycle to fat loss failure…
Here’s why :
Anytime You go on a Low Carb, Low Fat diet…You start to lose fat burning lean muscle You previously have…
( Ok….although You might lose some Fats and water with the Low Fat diet….but it is not enough to compensate for the Lean Muscle Lose ! )
As such…You slowly lose lean muscle in 3 major ways :
1) Low- Carb diets deplete the Glycogen ( Sugar ) which is stored in Your lean muscles….
2) Low- Carb diets also make Your muscle cells lose a lot of water…
3) Low- Carb diets would make You deprive of energy and caused You feeling fatigue constantly resulting in a very sedentary lifestyle.
When You don’t move much….Your metabolism also goes down…..and as such…..the Fat burning process slow down significantly too!
That’s not the worst in fact…
If You also think that food products labeled as LOW FAT, LOW CARB do not contain any calories or fat at all..
Then by eating as much of those …You would not get fat…..
You are in for some sad truth again….
Yes….Low Fat Products might have little or no fats..
But what You are concerned with are the CALORIES…
When You take in MORE than You Burn…
The excess calories would be stored as FATS….
It’s that simple…
When You constantly deprive of the Carbs….Your body need….
It would start to give You unhappy ” syndromes “…..
It would make You crave for certain carbs…….and when You finally give in….You BINGE BIG TIME…..and from then – It Leads To Long Term Failure !

So shouldn’t You start avoiding the so called Low Fat….Low Carb diets from now onwards if You are really serious about reducing body fat and achieve a nice slim & tone physique….
