It is a fact that whatever we do in life, we depends heavily on our vision as the  ” more important ” deciding factor in whether or not we choose to believe  in something.

And this fact actually applies to anyone trying to reduce and lose fats as well.

Don’t believe what I said ?

Try this :

Whenever you saw the picture of that fitness male model or sexy tone female model on the front page of any fitness or weight loss product….something sure bound to happen within you…

Upon viewing these pictures of hot bod, you would get excited.

Or rather…..You may even get very excited and can’t stop ” imagine ” yourself achieving that same hot physique too…!

Unfortunately, this is one weakness that all fat loss seekers have that many vicious merchants in the fitness industry are taking advantage of.

They truly understand this ” weakness ” of any frustrated fat loss seekers and of course they would capitalize on this aspect to make more money from you by selling their so called ” magic fat loss products ! “

The selling process is actually very easy for them:

” Just embedded a great looking and in-shape guy or girl on a product and it will sell like ” hot cake “….

Yes….it’s that easy to sell to any fat loss seekers in this way….

In fact…these vicious merchants do not even have to mention that you’ll look like that same model – they already know your subconscious will presume you will achieve it too.

When you’re so desperate trying to reduce or lose those stubborn fats on your body now…..this is an easy ” advantage ” for the merchants to drain money out of your pocket.

And of course a few weeks later if that latest system or pills you have bought do not give you the results you presume…

You may start to lose hope and realize that it’s going to be tough to keep up with the targets you set for yourself right from the start when you bought them.

Why do I understand all these frustrations so well…?

Because all of this happened to me several times again and again previously while trying to find a proven way to help me lose fats for good.

I wasn’t happy with my weight at all, especially those stubborn and ugly fats on my body that is seemingly impossible to get rid of for good….

I was hoping to find a way that can really work to help me achieve a lean, slim and healthy looking physique….and keep it that way.

BUT…… while I do not want to spend too much time in the gym, or having to follow crazy & dangerous diet plans for life just to maintain my fat loss results.

Maybe they are even more miserable than me as they might have spent more than a few thousands dollars on those scammy fat loss products since…

I really hope that you guys can get to understand and really open your eyes to the REAL truth before buying any fat loss products whether online or offline.

How do I plan to help you understand that then ?

To answer that, I want you to understand the psychological aspects of what we are up against in the world of health and fitness.

What do you call doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different whole new result?

OK, I’ll answer this one – Total Waste Of Time !

In some ways, the vicous and sly merchants in the fitness industry is making you insane in your quest to lose fats and get a lean, slim, and healthy looking body that you truly desire.

Their promises are too good to be true ( which might sound very tempting the very first time you read about it )……BUT sadly…..very often they can’t typically deliver on those claims at all.

They are over-promising and under-delivering in many cases.

A true HYPE – Up…if you know what I mean here.

These vicious merchants just love to ” mislead ” you and make you believing that you can also look like any extremely buff and sexy slim fitness model you saw on the cover of their fat loss products.

However….by believing this way…

You guys would most of the time…ONLY end up being super disappointed…..miserable and feel cheated !

Because there is really no way you can achieve that kind of physique in the first place perhaps..

Why ?

Due to the fact that every person in this breathing world has a different genetic make – ups !

Well….I am not saying that your genes would only make you fat here…

Everyone can achieve impressive improvements in their physiques with proper exercise and nutrition habits – That’s a 100% proven fact !

The terrible mistake begins when you guys  start comparing yourself to the men or women in the magazines that get you guys into the undesirable trouble, and get lost in that vicious cycle of  Super hype and SCAMS  that are too prevalent in fitness and fat loss industry today.

… You’ve got a life.

… You’re a busy person.

We all are.

We live in a fast-paced society, the information age, where we have so many tasks to complete and so little time to complete them.

Sometimes even complaining that 24 hours a day just ain’t enough for us….right ?

I don’t know about you, but  if it required me to squeeze and fit everything I do into those few hours between waking up and going to sleep.

It’s not easy to achieve at all and the results are mostly very bad.

Then comes along the fat loss gurus preaching to you that in order to successfully reduce and burn fat and get in great shape you’ve got to workout everyday or close to it.

You’ve got to do aerobics or cardiovascular exercise to reduce body fats, several times a week.

You’ve got to weight train several other days each week, so that you are literally working out 5-6 days each week, every week.

Basically If you really want to lose fats on your body, you’ve got to do it, they say.

Having being a victim myself previously ….I can understand all these happening around…

That’s why I am  here to tell you that nothing could be further from the truth!

Many of these  fat loss programs / products will also tell you that you’ve got to stick to some crazy & torturous diet to lose fats.

This might include eliminating all or most of your daily carbs intake, consuming loads of fat loss supplements or other magic fat burning pills…..

BUT…if their programs don’t deliver those claims they promise… they’ll tell you that everyone is different and that you’ve got to find what works right for you.

Wait a minute here…didn’t they mentioned & promises the slim and tone body on the cover ?

If you don’t know this yet….then you better do so after reading this post..

The fact is this -  What they are trying to doing is keeping the real fat loss truth AWAY from you….

They just want you to keep wasting your time as well as pumping money into their own pocket…( which I mentioned earlier )

They keep you doing the same old thing to lose fats  (trying then next hot product or workout and diet regimen) and claiming the same great fat loss results.

If that one doesn’t work, it is perfectly alright as they would recommend the next great thing.

And too many people go on to that next miracle product or promise and the fitness industry uses this to their advantage!

Well OK !…..There are some good-hearted & sincere trainers and professionals out there, but even some of them are being controlled by the fitness center owners, magazine publishers, and supplement companies.

Why so ?

That’s where the huge amount of money is !

Even if they are trying to help you, they can become unwitting victims to the machine.

They market their products, programs, and diets by using the the fitness model that are basically ” genetically gifted ” to have such awesome physique whole year round !

Which inevitably make you ” presume ” this :

Hey, if it worked for that guy or gal with the amazing physique, it will work for me.

I fell for it, too, many times, until I did some serious research and experimentation as I mentioned before.

Then one day I finally woke up and discovered for myself the secrets that few people are aware of.

Secrets that are so simple to follow yet the fat loss results are truly amazing and long lasting…

And most fat loss seekers are just reluctant to follow these proven fat loss secrets too….hmm..

Why do I say these secrets are simple after all ?

Because all the basics you need to understand in order to fat loss for good only consist of these :

- proper application of brief, progressive, and intense resistance training

- eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods, drinking tons of water

- and getting plenty of quality sleep and rest.

Nothing more complicated than that….seriously !

But our subconscious mind is powerful, and you have to watch out…even today, I can get sucked in to a compelling late night TV ad, even though I know better.

So you’ve got to stay on guard. ( having read what I have shared above )

Then they all can also be healthier, slimmer, and happily owning a healthy looking physique by now….
