Frankly speaking….because I used to be an obese victim with very serious fat-loss problem previously…

I really know how bad as well as how ” dangerous ” it is to be Fat….

For my case…I am obese …..and severely OVERWEIGHT…

With a scary body fat of 44% ….and make me look so bloated and unhealthy….I really do not want to goes back to that ” Fat ” state again..

During that miserable period…. there are a lot of  negative thoughts I need to combat almost every single day and it all came from the problem of being Fat..

Let me share with You another interesting human science that I learnt while trying to reduce my body fat years ago..

There is this mechanism called the ” Starvation Protection Mood ” in-built into each of our human body…

If at certain time of the day….there is no food being detected inside Your body by this ” Starvation Protection” mechanism..

It would start Preserving the most calories rich tissue known as the ” Fats “ in order to protect You from dying of  hunger / famine.

So by not consuming the food that You body needs at the ” specific timing “….

Your body would start eating into Your precious ” lean muscles “…

BUT….

…It would keep preserving  ” Fats “ day after day..week after week…and month after month…

( That is why You might lose so weight initially by skipping meals…but when You look into the mirror…You would still look bloated and flabby…because what You lose are the muscle and NOT ” Fats ” ! )

Until You take notice – But then it would be TOO LATE !

Because the process of trying to reduce body fat is definitely not fun at all to anyone I am sure …
