Reduce Body Fat To Look Good & Feel Good
I am sure to most fat loss seekers….reducing body fat to look good and feel good would be the top most priority…
In fact…I don’t think there is any ” disadvantage ” at all when You successfully reduced the body fat You have now….
Agree on this ? * smile *
Frankly speaking….because I used to be an obese victim with very serious fat-loss problem previously…
I really know how bad as well as how ” dangerous ” it is to be Fat….
For my case…I am obese …..and severely OVERWEIGHT…
With a scary body fat of 44% ….and make me look so bloated and unhealthy….I really do not want to goes back to that ” Fat ” state again..
( Luckily I have managed to reduce body fat to 15% now….and gonna maintain it forever because it’s worth it..)
During that miserable period…. there are a lot of negative thoughts I need to combat almost every single day and it all came from the problem of being Fat..
If You are wondering..what are the negative thoughts I have while being Fat…
I don’t mind telling You now..and it is just one word only..
That is My Health …!
Being ” Fat ” not only rob us of our healthy looks but also of the good health we deserve in life..
Now only am I always feeling tired and unhealthily bloated….but also lack of drive too because the body is just not functioning at it’s full capacity at all every day..
So if You are still not aware of how ” good ” or rather ” EXCELLENT ” it feels when one successfully reduced the body fat….and totally transform..
