Hello and a warm welcome to my blog on How To Reduce Body Fat.
I am Tiffany and the author of this fat loss blog.
( I have attached a picture of myself below, so you can see it later. *smile * )
Currently residing in Australia ( Perth ) and working as a full time fitness trainer.
Well…sad to say….I was NOT born fit and slim too though..
Just like You….I used to be very troubled with the amount of body fat I have previously..
Not only does being FAT makes me kind of inferior when I talk to others…( especially so when I am communicating to the opposite gender.. Men ! )
But it also makes me so frustrated whenever I see my friends wearing their favorite sexy swimwear whenever we go to the beach together….
…..wheres I can only wear a full body suit ( in order to conceal ) as the amount of fats on my body is rather disappointing to show…I must admit !
Fact is…..whenever I see others wearing their slim and fitting jeans and sexy singlet top….I am always filled with much envy for them…

Luckily things took a major change after much effort and time spent on researching and discovering fat loss techniques that work..
And as I implement them….I begin to see nice improvement progressively as my body fat is finally ” slowly melting ” bit by bit…..
From a scary 44% body fat…..I have managed to reduce it to just 15% in a really short period…
Well….do you know how much ” difference ” it makes when I successfully reduce from a scary 44% to just 15% now ?

Am sure you can see how much difference it makes to one’s overall physique after losing those stubborn bodyfat here..
Especially the ” Slim and Flat ” tummy after successfully reducing bodyfat to 15% now..
With that being achieved, I can proceed to the next stage – That is to add some nice tone or perhaps a killer 6 packs abs to enhance my physique even more. * smile *
Having gotten rid of those Ugly Stubborn Fats …
You know what is the best thing that I am very proud of ?
It is that I do not have to go on any torturous dieting, low carbs diet….low fat diet…..not even spending on expensive and useless slimming pills or visiting slimming centers..
That is also the main intention for me to create this blog on – ” How to reduce body fat “…
Having attained my fitness instructor certification awhile back…
I set my mind on helping others fat loss and lose weight too…
That’s because being ” once upon a time ” an obese victim I am….
I truly know ” how frustrating and painful ” it is to be bothered by being FAT…..
It is really not a good feeling at all..
( and perhaps You Knew it by now too right…? )
I will be sharing everything that I know and ” did ” to help me reduce to such impressive body fat % to share with anyone in need…
So if You are also bothered with being fat and simply want to know how to reduce body fat in a natural and effective way…
Then feel free to surf around my blog as I would be sharing on the many simple yet powerful tips and tricks You can use to reduce body fat too..
After all….if You always think that reducing your body fat is very hard or even impossible..
Then I can tell You it is not true at all..
